Cloud supports RGB or grayscale JPG and still PNG files. PNG has a smaller cloud limit than the local tool. Check all limits before choosing cloud. Processing speed depends on the file, network and device.
A few things to know
When do I need a credit?
Only when you choose cloud PDF processing. Ordinary local poster PDF exports remain free. One supported source image and confirmed print settings make one task.
What happens if processing fails?
Starting a task reserves one credit. A successfully stored PDF uses it once. Failure or cancellation before completion releases the reservation. An already successful task cannot be canceled to undo its use.
Does downloading again use another credit?
No. Download the same available result again at no extra cost. Changing the image or settings creates a new task. Save the PDF before its 24-hour download window ends.
Is this a subscription?
No. Cloud Single and Cloud Pack are one-time options. Credits have no timed expiry. This release uses sandbox test credits, and sandbox data may be reset during testing.
Will cloud make a low-resolution image sharper?
Cloud runs the print preparation on a server. It does not invent missing image detail. AI image generation and enhancement are separate future capabilities.
Are you charging real money yet?
No. Stripe sandbox is active. Checkout shows test prices and accepts test payment details. Live sales will be clearly identified when they become available.
